OBJECTIVE

Score A Million is a trivia strategy game that will test your
general knowledge as you answer a series of increasingly
difficult questions over five levels of play in your quest
to complete all levels of the game and Score A Million.
This demo online version has over 200 questions in
seven different categories.

GAME BOARD

Score A Million has five levels of play. The first
level or row contains five Question Cards, the second
level has four cards and continues this progression
to the top of the board until the fifth level with
just one card. Two Bail Out Cards are displayed on
the game board, which allow you to answer two
questions incorrectly. Two Hint Cards are also
displayed, which when used will eliminate one or
more of the possible answers you have to choose from.

The game objective is to successfully answer all of
the questions under the Category Cards in the first
row in order to go on to the second level of questions.
As you continue to progress through each level the
number of questions decrease, but the difficulty of
the questions increase. The higher the level the more
points are awarded for a correct answer. The ultimate
goal of the game is to successfully complete all 5
levels and Score A Million.

BEGIN A NEW GAME

The game starts at the first level of play, which
contains five Question Cards. The 7 categories of
Question Cards will be randomly shuffled and then
5 cards will be placed on the first level of play.
At this point you will have the option to change a
category by clicking on the Category Card that you
would like to change. If you do not want to change
a category you may click on the I Like These Button
and begin play.

Select your first question by clicking on the
Category Card of your choice. Your question will
appear on the screen with four possible answers
and you will have 30 seconds to answer the question.
If you know the answer then just click on the button
of your choice. If your answer is correct you will
be awarded points, the Category Card will be marked
off and you will be allowed to go on to your next
question. If your answer is incorrect then the game
will automatically use one of your two Bail Out
Cards and you will be presented a different question
in the same category.

If you do not know the answer to a question presented
you have the option of using one of your Hint Cards
in order to eliminate one or more of the answers
displayed. To use a hint card just click on the card.
You only have two Hint Cards for the entire game so
use them carefully. Play will end when you have either
completed all levels or have been eliminated from the
game by answering three questions incorrectly. Your
score will be compared against the Top Ten High Scores
to see if it qualifies to be entered into the
Score A Million Scoreboard.
